Easy System Guitar Cutter, 60x60cm - Martellato CSM060

The Martellato CSM060 is a professional Easy System push guitar cutter with a 60x60cm cutting area — the large-format version of the CSM040. It handles high-volume confectionery production: cremini, ganache with dried fruit, hard and frozen masses, and small pastries at scale. The handwheel-driven table advancement gives precise speed control, and the short wire design holds mechanical resistance constant across the full 60cm width.

The aluminum structure and frames balance strength and weight. The removable base simplifies cleaning, and the tool needs no ongoing maintenance. Compatible with all nine Easy System 60x60cm cutting frames (10mm to 60mm), sold separately.

Included in the package: stainless steel plate, plastic squeegee, 2 wire keys.
