60x60cm Guitar Cutting Frame 20mm - Martellato CSM06003

The Martellato CSM06003 is the 20mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Easy System 60x60cm guitar (CSM060). At 20mm, it cuts rectangular bonbons, medium pralines, and layered ganache bars in high-volume batches. The short wire design keeps cut quality consistent across the full 60cm width, even on firmer and frozen masses.
