Easy System Guitar Cutter, 40x40cm - Martellato CSM040

The Martellato CSM040 is a professional Easy System push guitar cutter with a 40x40cm cutting area. It is designed for commercial kitchens that cut cremini, ganache with dried fruit, frozen masses, and hard confectionery products at scale. The handwheel-driven advancement gives the operator precise control over cutting speed, and the short wire design maintains high mechanical resistance through even the firmest slabs.

The aluminum structure and frames combine durability with manageable weight. The removable base simplifies cleaning, and the tool needs no ongoing maintenance. Compatible with all nine Easy System 40x40cm cutting frames (10mm to 60mm), sold separately.

Included in the package: stainless steel plate, plastic squeegee, 2 wire keys.
