The Martellato CSM06007 is the 40mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Easy System 60x60cm guitar (CSM060). Cutting at 40mm produces thick bars and generous individual portions — caramel bars, nougat blocks, and thick ganache portions — across the full 60cm width. The short wire design handles firm and frozen masses reliably at this scale.
