The Martellato CSM06008 is the 50mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Easy System 60x60cm guitar (CSM060). At 50mm, it produces generous pastry portions, large nougat bars, and wide confectionery blocks across the full 60cm width. Fewer cuts per slab than smaller frames means faster throughput on large batches, while the short wire keeps each cut precise.
