Mini Guitar Double Base - Martellato CHITBAD24

The Martellato CHITBAD24 is the double-frame base for the Mini Guitar Easy System. It accepts two frames simultaneously, so you can cut in both directions in a single session to produce uniform squares of ganache, cremini, and jellies — a significant time-saver in confectionery production. The ABS cutting plate sits on a polyethylene body, and the interlocking system makes frame changes fast.

Included in the package: stainless steel plate, plastic squeegee, 3 spare steel wires, 2 wire keys.
