Product Description
The Martellato CHITMINI is a complete Mini Guitar Easy System set: polyethylene base (25x28cm cutting area) and a 22mm stainless steel frame, ready to use out of the box. It cuts ganache, cremini, jellies, mignons, and similar soft confectionery products to a precise 22mm width. The interlocking frame system lets you add or swap frames (15mm, 30mm) without tools.
Included in the package: 22mm stainless steel frame, 1 plastic spatula, 3 stainless steel strings, 2 spanners.
