Mini Guitar Single Base - Martellato CHITBA24

The Martellato CHITBA24 is the single-frame base for the Mini Guitar Easy System. The ABS cutting board sits on a polyethylene body and provides a stable platform for precise wire-cutting of ganache, cremini, jellies, and mignons. The interlocking frame system lets you swap frames in seconds — no tools needed.

Included in the package: stainless steel plate, plastic squeegee, 3 spare steel wires, 2 wire keys.
