Mini Guitar Cutting Frame 30mm - Martellato CHIT30

The Martellato CHIT30 is a 30mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Mini Guitar Easy System. Like the 22mm frame, it supports both frontal and side cutting and is suited to larger confectionery pieces: wide ganache strips, thick mignons, and bite-sized squares when used with a second frame on the double base. Wires are individually interchangeable.
