Mini Guitar Cutting Frame 15mm - Martellato CHIT15

The Martellato CHIT15 is the 15mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Mini Guitar Easy System. It delivers precise frontal cuts of ganache, cremini, jellies, and mignons to a consistent 15mm width. Wires are individually replaceable, so you replace only what breaks rather than the entire frame.

Important: The 15mm frame is suitable for frontal cutting only. For both frontal and side cutting, see the 22mm (CHIT22) or 30mm (CHIT30) frames.
