The Martellato CHITMINI30 is a complete Mini Guitar Easy System set: polyethylene base (25x28cm cutting area) with a 30mm stainless steel frame included. The 30mm frame supports both frontal and side cutting, making it a versatile starting point for producing wider ganache strips, thick mignons, or 30mm squares when paired with a second frame. The interlocking system makes frame swaps quick and tool-free.
Included in the package: 30mm stainless steel frame, 1 plastic spatula, 3 stainless steel strings, 2 spanners.
