Product Description
The Martellato CSM04007 is the 40mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Easy System 40x40cm guitar (CSM040). Cutting at 40mm produces thick bars and generous portions: caramel and nougat bars, thick ganache blocks, and individual cake slices. The short wire design keeps the frame stable and accurate through firmer and chilled masses.
