The Martellato CSM06006 is the 35mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Easy System 60x60cm guitar (CSM060). The 35mm spacing produces wide bars and thick portions across the full 60cm cutting width: ganache bars, nougat slabs, and dense confectionery blocks in high-volume production. The short wire ensures precise, consistent results on hard and chilled masses.
