Product Description
The Martellato CSM06002 is the 15mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Easy System 60x60cm guitar (CSM060). The 15mm spacing cuts truffles, small pralines, and finger-shaped confectionery pieces across the full 60cm width of the CSM060. The short wire maintains high resistance through chilled and frozen masses without losing cut accuracy. Interlocking system for tool-free removal and cleaning.
