The Martellato CSM06001 is the 10mm stainless steel cutting frame for the Easy System 60x60cm guitar (CSM060). The 10mm spacing is suited to thin confectionery pieces across the full 60cm cutting width: fine truffle strips, small mignons, and delicate pralines where tight consistency is essential. Interlocking design for fast installation and cleaning.
