The Hero's cutting surface is 60x60 cm; the frame itself measures 750 x 310 x 45 mm. On the Hero, a handwheel moves the work surface forward and pushes the product through the frame's wires, so the operator sets the cutting speed. The 30 mm spacing suits petit fours, nougat pieces and caramel squares. Short wires give the frame the strength to cut hard and frozen masses into precise portions, and the interlocking parts come apart quickly for cleaning.
