Stainless steel push guitar cutter frame with 25 mm wire spacing for chocolate and confectionery production, made by Martellato for the Hero 60x60 cm push guitar (CSM060). The Hero's cutting surface is 60x60 cm; the frame itself measures 750 x 310 x 45 mm. On the Hero, a handwheel moves the work surface forward and pushes the product through the frame's wires, so the operator sets the cutting speed. The 25 mm spacing suits larger bonbons, cremino squares and petit fours. Short wires give the frame the strength to cut hard and frozen masses into precise portions, and the interlocking parts come apart quickly for cleaning.
