Ice Pick with Wooden Handle, Stainless Steel, 24 cm

Ice pick with a stainless steel spike and a wooden handle, 24 cm long, from the Novatex XP Bar collection. Bartenders use it to break block ice into chunks and to split large cubes for cocktails and spirits on the rocks. The light wooden handle has a polished metal end cap, and the spike tapers to a sharp point. It suits cocktail bars, hotel bars and restaurants that cut their own ice.
