Product Description
Perforated ragout serving spoon in stainless steel, 33 cm long, for lifting vegetables, pasta, meat or beans out of their cooking liquid and serving them from pans or buffet containers. A ring of small holes around a larger central hole in the bowl lets the liquid drain. The round tubular handle ends in a hook for hanging. Suitable for restaurant kitchens, hotel buffets, canteens and catering. Also available as a solid spoon.
