Product Description
Octagonal electric heating element for chafing dishes, used to run a chafing dish on mains power instead of chafing fuel. The flat plate has a ribbed centre and two keyhole slots for fitting, and the cable carries a control box with a numbered dial and a mains plug. Electric operation is useful where open flames are not wanted on the buffet, for example in hotels and conference venues. Also available in a rectangular version. Novatex lists this element for its round chafing dishes.
