The Deluxe is a Hawthorne cocktail strainer made of stainless steel, measuring Ø9.3 x 20 cm. A tightly coiled spring runs around the perforated plate and holds back ice, fruit pulp and herbs when the drink is poured from a shaker tin or mixing glass. The handle is long and flat, and the steel has a satin finish. Suitable for cocktail bars, hotel bars and restaurants. Also available in copper and black finishes.
