Product Description
Shell-shaped julep strainer in a copper finish, 17 cm long, for straining stirred cocktails from a mixing glass. The perforated bowl sits inside the mixing glass over the ice and lets the drink run through the holes as it is poured. A flat handle is held against the rim while pouring. Its copper colour pairs with other copper bar tools in cocktail bars and hotel bars, and a stainless steel julep strainer with a round bowl is also available.
