Product Description
Square silicone ice cube mould from the Novatex XP Bar collection, 12 x 12 cm, with 4 compartments for large square ice cubes. Cubes of this size are used for whisky and other spirits served on the rocks and for stirred cocktails such as the Old Fashioned and Negroni. The black silicone tray is flexible, so the frozen cubes can be pressed out from below. It suits cocktail bars, hotel bars and restaurants that prepare their own ice.
