Nitro Curcuma Tea

Ingredients
1L water
8x curcuma-ginger tea (tea bags/16–20 g loose tea)
50ml passionfruit syrup
50g lime juice
15g kurkuma
Preparation
Add the tea to 250 ml of boiling water and depending on the type of tea, leave to brew for 5–10 minutes. Then take out the tea bags or strain if using loose tea leaves and top up the hot tea with 750 ml of cold water. Leave to cool for at least 1 hour.
Mix 900 ml of the cold brew curcuma ginger tea with the rest of the ingredients and pour into the iSi Nitro Whip.
Charge with one iSi Nitro Charger, shake 8 x and pour straight into a glass.
Nitro Coffee Gin Tonic

Ingredients
500ml water
40ml gin
40g ground coffee
100ml bitter lemon
1 tsp. pro espuma
80ml tonic water
Preparation
Brew water and the ground coffee for 24 hours in the fridge. Then pass through a coffee filter or kitchen roll. Then fill the Cold Brew Coffee together with the gin into the iSi Nitro, screw on 1 iSi Nitro Charger and shake vigorously.
Mix Bitter Lemon and Pro Espuma and pass directly into a 0.5 L iSi Whip. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
Fill tonic with ice cubes in a tall glass, add Nitro Coffee Gin and cover it with Bitter Lemon Espuma.
